White Rock Keeps Track of Condo Developments
At present, White Rock lists approximately 17 buildings over 4 stories that will bring in 1475 condo units within the coming few years.
Buildings with more than 20 or more storeys are located at 1575 George St., 1484 Martin St., and 1454 Oxford St., respectively. And there is one in proposal to be 27 stories tall.
White Rock has designed a type of incentive program for developers seeking to construct buildings in the core area of town. The core area of town or town centre is found on the east and west side of the town centre, north of Thrift Ave.
